Customising Zoom
Plugins
Zoom comes with support for four different formats of interactive fiction: Z-Code,
Glulx, TADS and HUGO. Plug-ins allow you to extend the range of formats supported
by Zoom without having to download the complete application all over again. It also
provides a means for interpreter authors to quickly create a Mac OS X GUI for their
interpreter complete with all of the features that Zoom offers.
You can see which plug-ins are installed, and install new ones, by using the finder.
Ctrl+Click the Zoom application icon and select 'Get Info'.
The plug-ins tab shows which plug-ins are installed. From here, you can uncheck plug-ins
to turn them off, or add any new plug-ins that you have downloaded.
